Help Lodi Fire Replace Its Brush Truck
The Lodi Fire Department’s current Brush Truck is a 2000 model that has fulfilled its useful life. The Lodi Fire Foundation is raising $250,000 toward the purchase of a replacement.
A Brush Truck provides capabilities that a full-size fire engine cannot. It is used for wildland fires, weather-related incidents, Lodi Lake’s nature area, river access areas, and other locations that larger apparatus cannot easily reach.
It is also currently the only city-owned vehicle with pump-and-roll capability, allowing firefighters to drive the vehicle while pumping water and extinguishing a fire.
Thanks to the generosity of our community, $49,000 was raised last year toward the replacement truck. But we still have a long way to go.
Help us reach our $250,000 goal and provide Lodi firefighters with a modern Brush Truck capable of serving our community for years to come.
Every donation makes a difference.
Donate today and help protect Lodi’s people, property, and environment.
